Artemis Tomadaki

Artemis Tomadaki has worked in a variety of roles in the data field since 2014. From 2014-2017, they were an Accountant at attica Department Stores S.A. where they were offered a permanent position after completing a three-month internship. During this time, they prepared monthly accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, and other financial reports. From 2017-2018, they were a Data Science Intern at Amazon where they built predictive models to forecast missing opportunities between warehouses and vendors. From 2018-2019, they were a Data Analyst at Amnesty International where they automated daily data flows and performed data analysis and evaluation. From 2019-2021, they were a Marketing Insight Analyst at GVC Group and a Senior Data Analyst and Data Team Lead at TransferWise. At TransferWise, they redefined the logic of the company's attribution model, optimized their LTV prediction model, and set up a backtest monitoring.

Artemis Tomadaki has a diverse education history. Artemis began their studies in 2010, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration specialising in Accounting and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business in 2014. Artemis then furthered their studies at Imperial College Business School, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Data Analytics in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Rights Research at UCL, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
