Eliza Cichonski

Eliza Cichonski has a long and diverse work history. Eliza began their career in 2006 as the Executive Director of The Foundation for Community Betterment and Public Relations Manager of Curley Company. In 2008, they took on the role of Senior Program Officer at American Councils for International Education, where they managed the overall participant experience of a U.S. Department of State funded international education program. Eliza then moved on to E.D. Strategies in 2012, where they served as Owner. In 2015, they became User Experience Designer at Hobsons, where they led UX efforts across several projects to create a seamless experience for students, parents, and school staff. Most recently, they have been with Curiosity Inc. since 2017, where they have held the roles of Senior User Experience Designer, Director of User Experience, and Senior Director of User Experience. In these roles, they have been responsible for owning the streaming service's user experience research, design, and customer-facing content strategy efforts across several platforms and devices, as well as creating a voice and tone guide to ensure a seamless experience for users.

Eliza Cichonski has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Lawrence University, a certification in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and a Masters in International Marketing from the Hult International Business School.
