Ana De Almeida Amaral

Ana advocated for, designed and taught an ethnic studies course at her high school amidst a broader push in California to make ethnic studies a requirement in schools. Now a student at Stanford University, she has presented her work with educators around the world and at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and has been featured in Forbes magazine.
