Kuldeep Dhama has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. kuldeep is currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering and R&D at Curitics Health since 2023. Before that, they worked at RxAdvance as an Assistant Vice President from 2021 to 2023 and as a Delivery Head from 2018 to 2021. Prior to RxAdvance, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a Software Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2018. kuldeep also held the position of Solutions Architect at Motorola from 2008 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at Birlasoft as a Team Lead, Nucleus Software as a Software Engineer, Allactiontrade.Com as a Software Engineer, and Cadence Design Systems as a Software Engineer Trainee. kuldeep also gained experience as a Computer languages and Computer Management system Trainer at Computer Education.

Kuldeep Dhama's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, which was completed from 1997 to 2001. In 2017, Kuldeep also attended Harvard University for an executive leadership program.
