Jacob Petrini's work experience starts in 2012 with short-term roles at various companies. In 2013, they worked as a Community Service Coordinator at the Center for Community Service and Justice (CCSJ) at Loyola University Maryland. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Service-Learning Service Coordinator at CCSJ, where they coordinated and managed service-learning programs. In 2015, they also worked as an Executive Intern at Evergreen Health, Inc., where they handled administrative tasks and created welcome letters. From 2016 to 2017, they served as Chief of Staff and Executive Coordinator at Evergreen Health, Inc. During this time, they advised and coordinated strategic decisions and drafted internal and external communications. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Manager at Evergreen Health, Inc., overseeing IT platforms and implementing operational improvements. In 2019, they worked as a Strategy and Market Analyst Graduate Intern at Kaiser Permanente. Also in 2019, they became a Graduate Research Assistant at Harvard University and held the roles of VP of Class of 2020 and VP of Academic Affairs. In 2020, they joined ChenMed as a Leader Fellow in their Accelerated Leadership Academy, rotating through various departments. Jacob then progressed to become a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Optimization, where they collaborated with teams to identify opportunities and solutions. In 2021, they were promoted to Associate Director, Analytic Products, leading the creation of a proprietary analytics platform and managing the product strategy and roadmap. In 2022, they joined Curity as a Director, Analytic Products & Strategy, driving the development of AI-powered care platforms.

Jacob Petrini's education history includes a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, obtained from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Global Studies with a focus on Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Loyola University Maryland, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. Before entering university, Jacob attended Proctor Jr/Sr High School, where they completed a regular/general high school/secondary diploma program from 2008 to 2012.

Additionally, Jacob has obtained several certifications. In May 2022, they received a Design Thinking certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In August 2015, they completed Green Dot Training - Bystander Intervention Training from Alteristic, Inc. In August 2013, they received Diversity and Inclusion Training from VISIONS, Inc. Lastly, in August 2012, they completed Peer Educator and Leadership training from the Bacchus Network.
