Eva Costello, SHRM-SCP, CPTD, currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Change Management at Curium Solutions US since August 2023. Previously, Eva held the position of Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development at Shift4, where strategic direction was provided for large-scale projects that enhanced organizational agility. As Program Director of Learning & Development at Radial Inc., Eva managed a $2M budget and oversaw a team of over 40 professionals, developing programs that significantly improved talent retention and employee satisfaction. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Learning & Development at eBay Enterprise and Corporate Trainer at GSI Commerce Solutions, along with a successful tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Assistant Vice President. Eva earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida.
