Jason Pearce-Horn

Jason Pearce-Horn is an experienced professional with a strong background in client success and operational management. Currently serving as the Estates and Services Manager at Curo since April 2023, Jason previously operated as a self-employed consultant and held the role of Head of Client Success at HGEM from October 2017 to January 2023, where a focus was placed on fostering loyalty and strategic partnerships. Prior positions include Sales Office Manager at SKS Limited T/A JMA UK, Leadership Manager at Bourne Leisure Holdings Limited, and Head of Guest Services, Safety and Insight at Bourne Leisure Ltd. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, completed in 2002.
