Paul Harris has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the customer experience and communications field. Paul currently serves as the Chair at Mulberry Park Community Benefit Society and as the Executive Director of Customer Experience at Curo. Prior to these positions, they held roles such as Non-Executive Director and General Manager at Acorn Group Africa, where they focused on setting up a housing business in Kenya. Before that, they served as the Group Customer Experience Director at Unite Students, leading the repositioning of the business and creating an optimized customer experience roadmap. Paul also has experience in marketing and communications, having worked as the Director of Marketing & Communications at South West Regional Development Agency, Global Director of Communications at Smiths Group plc, and the Head of Communications and Marketing at Laing O'Rourke. Paul began their career as a Communication Manager at Abbey.

Paul Harris graduated from the University of Nottingham in 1993 with a BA degree in English/Philosophy. Prior to that, they attended Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1983 to 1990, studying English.
