Victoria Parker has extensive experience in complaint management and customer service, currently serving as the Complaint and Resolution Manager at Curo since May 2015, where responsibilities include developing a complaints pilot and implementing problem-solving strategies. Prior to this role, Victoria held several positions at South Gloucestershire Council from April 2008 to May 2015, culminating as Senior Lettings Manager, and also served as a Compliance and Support Manager.
