Chris Darnell

Chris Darnell has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. Chris has served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at CURO Financial Technologies Corp since 2006, overseeing various functions including market planning, contract negotiation, design, and property management. Prior to this, they worked as the North American Regional Manager of Property Improvements at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they led a team responsible for monitoring new construction projects and property improvement plans. Before that, Chris was the Senior Manager/Director of Construction/Facilities at Candlewood Suites Hotels, where they were involved in the development of over 55 properties. Chris also has experience as a Vice President/General Manager at Warren Theatres and as a General Manager at Commonwealth Theaters/United Artists/Crown Cinemas. Additionally, Chris has a background in radio hosting.

Chris Darnell has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Marketing, and Economics from Wichita State University.
