Tyler Swanson

Tyler Swanson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tyler'smost recent role was as the Director of Business Systems at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Heights Finance Corporation from 2013 to 2022, holding various positions including Business Systems Manager, Business Systems Administrator, Sr. Quality Analyst, Compliance Analyst, and Branch Manager. Before joining Heights Finance Corporation, they were a Branch Manager at Springleaf Financial Services from 2008 to 2013. In addition, they gained experience as an Advertising Sales Intern at SMG/Peoria Civic Center in 2007 and as a Grounds Crew member at Fondulac Park District from 2003 to 2007. Tyler also worked as a Student in the Marketing Department at Northern Illinois University from 2006 to 2007.
