Ayeyi Aboagye

Ayeyi Aboagye has worked in the regulatory and safety field since 2015. Ayeyi began their career as a Regulatory Specialist (R&D) at Urban Decay Cosmetics, where they maintained a working knowledge of FDA & International cosmetic regulations, reviewed raw materials, Ingredient Listings, and technical documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, and worked with Product Development and Contract Manufacturers on new cosmetic formulations and outstanding reformulations to achieve global compliance. In 2017, they joined Pacific World Corporation as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, where they managed regulatory affairs for branded and private label programs for personal care, cosmetic, beauty tool, and implement product categories while continuing to support brand development through product evaluation and approval processes. In 2018, they joined Morphe as a Regulatory Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Manager, Regulatory. In 2020, Ayeyi Aboagye joined Curology as an Associate Director | Safety, Regulatory & Claims.

Ayeyi Aboagye holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
