Cassandra Colten, PHR

Cassandra Colten, PHR has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Circulation Assistant at F. W. Olin Library. In 2014, they worked as a Digitizing Assistant and Economics Peer Tutor & TA at Mills College. In 2016, they were an Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Boudin. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Philz Coffee, where they held roles as Benefits Manager, Benefits Partner, and Benefits Administrator. Currently, they are Associate Director, Total Rewards at Curology. In this role, they are responsible for implementation and management of benefits, wellness initiatives, and other related employee experience initiatives that foster employee engagement.

Cassandra Colten obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Economics from Mills College in 2016. In 2017-2018, they completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Berkeley Extension. In July 2018, they were certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
