VP, Pharmacy Compliance & Operations at Curology

KayVee Larsen has held a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2002. KayVee began their career at Braden Partners, L.P. as a Center Manager, where they opened two new facilities and trained staff to offer safe, efficient, quality patient care. In 2004, they transitioned to an Operations role, securing 1,500 federal, state and local licenses for pharmacy and medical device facilities. In 2006, they were promoted to Manager of Compliance and Licensing, responsible for federal, state and local compliance of over 1,700 facility licenses. In 2011, they were promoted again to Director of Compliance, Accreditation, Licensing and Credentialing, leading accreditation submissions for up to 120 facilities serving as many as 41 states. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Curology as Vice President Pharmacy Compliance and Operations, opening and positioning for success an 83,000 SF build out for a private closed-door mail order pharmacy, a 48,000 SF build out for a private, closed-door, mail order pharmacy, and a 54,000 SF build-out of telemedicine practice and compounding laboratory.

KayVee Larsen has a Master of Arts in Communication from the Annenberg School at the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 1988. KayVee also holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, one in Rhetoric (Argumentative Writing) and one in Mass Communication, which they obtained in 1984. In addition, they have obtained a U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certificate Program from Seton Hall University School of Law, Center for Health & Pharmaceutical Law & Policy in October 2021, a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All certification from LinkedIn in July 2020, and a Certified Consultant, Pharmacy and DMEPOS certification from Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) in January 2023.
