Rebecca Layne has had a diverse work experience. Rebecca was a Mathematics Tutor from 2010 to 2015, a Research Intern at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory from 2015 to 2016, a Data Analytics Intern at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. from 2016 to 2017, a Risk Analyst Intern at Moore Capital Management from 2017 to 2018, a Quantitative Analyst Intern at the New York Yankees from 2018 to 2019, a Data Science Fellow at The Data Incubator from 2019 to 2019, a Manager, Product Development at Capital Rx from 2019 to 2022, and is currently a Senior Product Manager at Curology since 2022.

Rebecca Layne attended Oyster Bay High School from 2010 to 2014. Rebecca then went on to Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics & Computational Sciences in 2018. In 2019, they completed their Master's degree in Computational & Mathematical Engineering from Stanford University. Rebecca also obtained a Program Graduate certification from The Data Incubator in August 2019.
