Ruchi Arora

Ruchi Arora has extensive work experience in the financial industry, particularly in operations and management roles. Ruchi began their career in 2002 as a Manager-Operations at Minacs (Aditya Birla Group previously known as Transworks Information Services Pvt. Ltd.) and worked there until 2007. At Minacs, they focused on operational management and efficiency improvement.

In 2007, Ruchi joined Currencies Direct as the Managing Director for India. Ruchi was responsible for overseeing the growth and profitability of the company's operations in India. Ruchi also managed various functions for the group companies, including sales, account management, compliance, finance, and customer services.

During their time at Currencies Direct, Ruchi held the position of Global Head of Operations. In 1997, Ruchi Arora was admitted to Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics in 2001.
