Ariel Segev has been working in the finance industry since 2007. In 2007, they began working at Ernst & Young as a Quality Assurance CPA, Senior Auditor in the high-tech department. There, they supervised the audit of small- and medium-sized start-up companies and managed and reviewed staff on auditing issues. In 2011, they moved to Sol-Gel Technologies as a Financial Controller, responsible for providing day to day supervision to one or more accounting functions such as accounts payable, payroll, etc., ensuring accuracy of compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and assisting in the preparation of budgets as necessary. In 2013, they began working at Alstom Power as a Unit Controller, responsible for controlling and monthly reporting to the corporate HQ in France & Switzerland of all power- sector related projects results & financial position of Alstom in Israel, consolidating all of Alstom Israel's reporting units, and managing the Company's accounting module in the ERP system. In 2014, they moved to eToro as the Head of Finance and Risk Manager. In 2017, they began working at CFO outsourcing services as a CFO. Currently, they are working at both Capital.com and Currency.com as a Group CFO.

Ariel Segev obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University in 2012. Ariel also obtained a CPA - Certified Public Accountant license from the Israeli Accountants Councel in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Accounting, Economics & Management from Tel Aviv University between 2004 and 2007.
