Jimmy Geiskopf has extensive experience in corporate governance and leadership, serving on multiple boards throughout their career. Currently, Jimmy holds the position of Lead Director on the Board of Directors for Verb Technology Company, Inc. and MetaWorks Platforms. Previously, Jimmy has been a board member for ECIG - Electronic Cigarettes International Group, Searchbyheadlines.com, The Resource Group, Napa Valley Bancorp, and Suisun Valley Bank. Additionally, Jimmy owned Budget Rent a Car of Fairfield, California, from June 1975 to September 2007, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial background.
