Zofia Ciesielczyk

Zofia Ciesielczyk is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in Financial Crime and regulatory compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Compliance and FinCrime Lead at Currensea since October 2025, Zofia previously held multiple senior compliance roles at Paysafe from January 2020 to September 2025, including Senior Manager for UK Compliance & Governance, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations. Further compliance experience was gained at Elavon Financial Services as an EU Customers Due Diligence Supervisor and at Euroclear, where Zofia led a Financial Crime team. Zofia's career also includes roles at Citi and experience in customer service-oriented positions. Zofia holds two Master’s Degrees from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu in Financial Mathematics and Economic and Social Geography, and has furthered education with postgraduate studies and international programs.
