Hans Gennen

Hans Gennen was born in Bergisch-Gladbach in 1964. After studying at RWTH Aachen University, the engineer joined Bayer AG in 1990 as a project engineer in Central Technology. There he worked in various project and line functions at home and abroad. In 2003, Gennen switched to the energy services of the spin-off Bayer Industry Services (today: CURRENTA GmbH & Co. OHG), where in 2004 he took over the management of "Sales and Product Management". In 2007 he moved to the top of CURRENTA corporate development. In October 2009 he became Head of Landfill, Recycling, Technology (DRT) at CURRENTA Umwelt. In 2012 he took over the Environment division at CURRENTA.

Since August 2015 he has been managing director of Tectrion GmbH, a subsidiary of the CURRENTA group.

On January 1, 2021, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer to the management of CURRENTA OHG.
