Paul Singh Ranu

Paul Singh Ranu is a Construction Project Manager currently working with Currie & Brown since August 2022, participating in the C&B graduate APC scheme to achieve MRICS Project Manager designation and eventual MAPM status. Prior to this role, Paul served as a Commercial Surveyor at Stepnell from September 2021 to August 2022, focusing on lease management and various property matters. Experience also includes a stint at Howkins & Harrison LLP in mid-2021, assisting with valuations and commercial agency work, as well as a position at the Valuation Office Agency from September 2019 to September 2020, conducting valuations and inspections of commercial properties. Earlier experience includes a role as Agency Surveyor at Keyo Estates in 2018, supporting property agency and operational management tasks. Paul holds a BSc (Hons) in Property, Finance & Investment from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2021, and completed A Levels at Beauchamp College between 2015 and 2017.
