Nicholas Kwan has a wealth of experience in customer success, operations, logistics, and team leadership. Nicholas began their career in 2010 at Blue Dawn Studios as a Logistics Support, where they were responsible for meeting with clients, drafting contracts, and planning strategies and campaigns. In 2013, they joined Target as a Consumable Team Leader and Logistics Team Lead - Offsite/Backroom, where they managed a team of 30 individuals and was responsible for setting aisles and end caps to drive sales, creating guest experiences, and filling outs on the floor. In 2015, they moved to Luxe as a Logistics Coordinator, where they oversaw live operations in multiple cities. Finally, in 2017, they joined Currnt as the Customer Success and Operations Director, where they were responsible for the operations of all projects from request to final deliverable, managed relationships with Fortune 500 clients, and developed and improved KPIs, processes, and workflow.

Nicholas Kwan earned their High School Diploma from George Washington High School in 2005. Nicholas then attended City College of San Francisco from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they transferred to the University of California, Davis, where they earned a BA in Economics in 2010.
