Charles Houghton

Charles Houghton, MBA, MS, CSP, serves as the Coordinator of Safety and Environmental Health at Curry College since August 2019, focusing on life safety codes, hazardous material disposal, and OSHA incident investigations. Prior experience includes roles in environmental health and safety at L-3 Technology, where responsibilities included compliance with EPA and NAVY requirements, and training initiatives. Charles has a background in clinical care as a Respiratory Therapist at Southern NH Medical Center and held leadership as Chief of Respiratory Therapy at King Fahd Military Medical Complex. An experienced project manager and safety compliance expert, Charles also owned and operated a small construction business specializing in housing rehabilitation. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Work Environment from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, an MBA in Operations Management from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Conflict Management from UNH Online.
