Berina Bokan is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in customer data science and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Customer Analytics Manager at Currys plc since October 2023, Berina previously held significant roles at FARFETCH as Lead Data Analyst and Senior Customer Analyst from June 2021 to June 2023. At Walgreens Boots Alliance, Berina managed a team of CRM Data Scientists and was responsible for personalisation strategies and customer journeys, contributing invaluable insights across various business areas from July 2012 to June 2021.
