Zara Barnes is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and customer service. Currently serving as IT Service Manager for End User Services at Currys plc since February 2014, Zara has also held positions as IT Team Manager for Joiners, Movers, Leavers, and IT Service Desk Lead within the same company. Prior to this, Zara worked as Customer Service Team Manager for Vodafone at Webhelp UK from April 2012 to February 2014. Zara holds a BA Joint Honours degree in English and Media & Cultural Studies from The Nottingham Trent University, obtained between 2005 and 2009.
