Stephanie Mueller Laundre

Stephanie Mueller Laundre has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property law. Stephanie started their career as a Law Clerk at Ziolkowski Patent Solutions Group in June 2006 and worked there until May 2008. Stephanie then became an Intellectual Property Attorney at the same company from May 2008 to September 2013. During this time, their responsibilities included patent drafting and prosecution, trademark prosecution and counseling on international patent and trademark filings. From September 2013 to August 2020, Stephanie held the position of Senior Intellectual Property Attorney at Ziolkowski Patent Solutions Group, where they continued to handle patent and trademark matters, including reissues, reexaminations, interferences, oppositions, and cancellations. In August 2020, they joined CURT G. JOA INC. as their Chief IP Counsel.

Stephanie Mueller Laundre began their education at the University School of Milwaukee from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2000 to 2004. Stephanie then pursued further studies at the same institution, earning a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2004 to 2005. Lastly, they attended Marquette University Law School from 2005 to 2008, where they graduated with a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
