Ashley Hynam

Ashley Hynam has a strong background in financial control and regulatory reporting. Ashley is currently working at Curtis Banks as the Group Financial Control and Regulatory Reporting Director since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Group Financial Control and Regulatory Reporting from January 2020 to November 2022. Ashley also worked as the Head of Financial Control & Reporting from March 2017 to January 2020 at Curtis Banks.

Before joining Curtis Banks, Ashley worked at Legal & General where they held various roles. Ashley was the Head of Suffolk Life Reporting Team from July 2014 to March 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Manager from September 2013 to July 2014 and as a Senior Financial Accountant from August 2011 to September 2013.

Furthermore, Ashley's career began at Suffolk Life in 2005 where they worked as a Team Manager (Property Accounting) until August 2011. Overall, they have extensive experience in financial control and regulatory reporting, with a focus on the pension industry.

Ashley Hynam began their education at the University of East Anglia from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2008, they received a certification in Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute. From 2008 to 2011, Ashley attended BPP Law School, studying for an ACCA qualification. In November 2012, they obtained a certification in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
