Human Resources Business Partner (interim) at Curtis Banks

Jenny Boyd MCIPD has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on people and culture management, HR business partnering, and employee relations. Jenny most recently worked at Curtis Banks as an interim Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to that, Jenny worked at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) as a Senior People and Culture Manager, where they were responsible for the UK, Singapore, and Germany People function. Jenny provided coaching and support to managers, advised on policy and legalities of employment, managed the people managers' training program, developed policies, oversaw recruitment activities, managed payroll and benefits administration, facilitated performance management, handled employee relations, and managed the HRIS.

Before PLOS, Jenny worked at Godolphin as an HR Manager, where they managed a small HR team and oversaw change management and departmental restructuring following a company merger. At CSCI, they held the role of Senior Regional HR Officer, where they provided high-level HR support to approximately 300 staff, managed workforce budgets, collaborated on training design and delivery, and supported managers in various HR aspects. Jenny also gained experience as an HR Advisor at Greene King, Senior HR Officer at Cambridgeshire County Council, and HR Coordinator at Marshall Fleet Solutions - Thermo King.

Jenny Boyd MCIPD completed their education from 1980 to 1986 at Bassingbourn Village College. Jenny obtained their O'Levels degree with a focus on English Language and Literature, General. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended Anglia Ruskin University, where they earned their MCIPD degree in HR.
