They have worked as finance directors at WHIreland Wealth Management and Shore Capital, as well as head of UK corporate reporting at Macquarie. They have also been on the board of trustees for Seckford Foundation and the Financial Conduct Authority's small business practitioner panel. In addition, they have worked as chief commercial officer at Cofunds and chair of East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH).
