Mike Fircak

Mike Fircak has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over several companies. Mike most recently held the role of VP of Human Resources at Curtis Instruments, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Philips where they held various positions, including Sr. Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. At Philips, their responsibilities included HR due diligence, integration planning, change management, and strategic HR support. Before their time at Philips, Mike worked as an Adjunct Instructor at La Roche College, teaching courses on performance management and human resources. Mike also worked as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Highmark, providing strategic HR leadership. Early in their career, Mike worked at Westinghouse Electric Company, where they served as the Manager of Human Resources Corporate Center and a Sr. Human Resources Consultant supporting global plant engineering.

Mike Fircak's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/History from the University of Pittsburgh, which they completed between 1992 and 1997. Mike also obtained a Certificate in Asian Studies from the same university in 1997.
