Tadashi Mikajiri has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. From 1986 to 2000, they worked at Nisshinbo Industries, Inc., where they held various roles including overseeing overseas operations and marketing. In 1989, they opened the Detroit Representative Office for the company and later helped establish two subsidiaries in the US. In 2000, they joined Curtis Instruments (Pacific), Inc. as the Managing Director, where they continue to work.

Tadashi Mikajiri obtained their Bachelor's degree in British & American Literature from The University of Tokyo, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Prior to that, they attended Tokyo Metropolitan Mitaka High School from 1978 to 1981.
