George Shmagel

George Shmagel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contracts and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since June 2015, George previously held significant roles including Senior Counsel for International Transactions at Irkut Corporation and Lead Counsel at both UralChem and Group of Companies Neftserviceholding. George began their career as Counsel at Nasosy PPD. In addition to practical experience, George has pursued advanced education, currently enrolled in a Master of Laws (LLM) program at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holding an MBA from DePaul University, as well as a JD from Perm State University.
