Joshua B. has worked in various roles for five different companies. In 2011, they began their professional career at CPSI as an Implementation Coordinator and Support Representative. In 2013, they moved to TruBridge as a Clinical Consultant. In 2015, they joined The Advisory Board Company as a Dedicated Advisor. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Associate Director at Optum, and currently serves as the Director of Customer Success and Enterprise Customer Relationship Manager at Curvo Labs.

Joshua B. obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Troy University in 2011, majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Joshua also obtained an Essentials of Purchasing Certification from the Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) in May 2008.
