Carolina Balby is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in labor law and legal management, currently serving as Coordenadora Jurídica at Cury Construtora since November 2018. Carolina oversees the national legal landscape, managing a substantial workload of approximately 1,600 administrative and judicial cases. Previous positions include Senior Lawyer roles at Gafisa and TOTVS, and Legal Manager positions at Lopes & Castelo Sociedade de Advogados and Braspress Transportes Urgentes.
