Jessica Woodward has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Jessica started their career as a QC Operator/Encoder at Cheerful Twentyfirst in 2008, where they gained expertise in quality assessment, encoding, and machine room operation. Jessica also had the opportunity to work in client relations during their time there. In 2009, they joined Dubbs-Eyeframe (now PREMIER), initially as a QC Operator and quickly progressed to a managerial role in the Encoding/Digital Media department. Their responsibilities included project scheduling, workflow coordination, and troubleshooting.

In 2011, Jessica joined Technicolor as a Digital Media Operator, focusing on video-on-demand services. Jessica worked as a shift leader and contributed to the launch of Google/YouTube film streaming service. Their role involved delivering high-quality digital content for clients like Walt Disney Entertainment, using various software and tools. Jessica also created and tested specifications to meet client needs and new workflows.

From 2013 to 2014, Jessica worked at Visual Data Media Services as a Digital Operator/iTunes Operator. Jessica was part of a small team and gained recognition as the leading provider to Netflix. Their tasks included editing material, creating metadata, transcoding, subtitling, and ensuring timely file deliveries to clients worldwide.

In 2014, Jessica joined Entertainment One as a Digital & Production Coordinator. Jessica managed digital content distribution for feature films and TV shows in the UK and international markets. Their responsibilities included coordinating inbound and outbound delivery, liaising with subtitling and dubbing studios, and giving approval to DVD/BD manufacturers and VOD platforms.

In 2016, Jessica transitioned to Pixelogic Media as an Account Manager. Jessica was responsible for managing the company's leading accounts and overseeing the production of DVD/BD releases. Jessica prioritized workflows, ensured deadlines were met, and maintained client relationships.

Most recently, Jessica served as the General Manager and Head of Operations for Curzon Home Cinema, starting in 2018. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of Curzon's virtual venue and focused on delivering a premium guest experience, growing awareness and sales, and maximizing profitability.

Jessica Woodward studied Film and Television Production at the University of Westminster from 2005 to 2008, earning a BA (Hons) degree.
