Kathryn Millar

Kathryn Millar is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture Operations at Cuscal Limited since August 2020, Kathryn previously worked at Cover-More Group from 2013 to August 2020, holding roles including Manager People and Culture and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at The Westin Sydney Hotel, where responsibilities involved overseeing the HR function as part of the Executive Management team, and as Human Resources Manager at Sheraton Noosa Resort and Spa. Kathryn began their HR career as Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Westin Sydney Hotel. Education is being pursued at the University of Technology Sydney, ongoing since 2017.
