Christian Schoen

Christian Schoen possesses extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Director of HR Transformation at Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions Germany GmbH since January 2010, where responsibilities include the implementation of Workday and a new HR operating model. Previous roles at Air Liquide also encompass Director of HR Central Europe, overseeing the integration of operations in Germany and Poland, and CFO, managing all financial matters for the company. With earlier experience at Monier Group as Director of Reporting & Consolidation and at Honeywell AG in various financial roles, Christian Schoen brings a strong background in controlling, financial reporting, and strategic planning. Schoen holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree from Goethe University Frankfurt, completed in 1992.
