Laura Garcia Martin

Laura Garcia Martin is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR & Transformation Director and HR Iberia Director at Getronics since October 2015. Previously, Laura worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant from January 2013 to September 2015, assisting SMEs with the implementation of HR policies focusing on selection, development, and internationalization. Prior roles include Responsible for Human Capital at Prointec, where management of national and international personnel selection, expatriate policy creation, and career planning were key responsibilities, and Senior Selection Technician at Indra, focusing on recruitment and candidate pre-selection. Laura holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Salamanca and a Master in Human Resources Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, and is currently pursuing further education at Esade since March 2022.
