Rebecca Kelly currently serves as the Senior Governance & Regulatory Affairs Lead at Cuscal Limited since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Operational Risk and Compliance Manager at Bank of Sydney from January 2021 to August 2025. Rebecca's career in the financial services sector includes significant experience at PwC Australia, where responsibilities included managerial and senior associate roles from February 2016 to December 2020, following similar positions at PwC Isle of Man from September 2012 to February 2016. Additionally, Rebecca began a career in customer service at Boots UK as a Sales Assistant from September 2006 to June 2012 and gained initial exposure to professional services with summer internships at PwC in 2010 and 2011. Rebecca is a qualified accountant, having completed the ACA in Accounting and Finance through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales from 2012 to 2015, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of York (2009-2012). Early education was completed at Ramsey Grammar School from 2003 to 2009.
