Rosita Sororian

Rosita Sororian has over 12 years of professional experience in the finance and accounting field. In 2022, they began their role as Vice President of Finance at Cushion. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance and Treasury at American Achievement Corporation from 2019 to 2022. From 2017 to 2019, Rosita was an Experienced Manager at Riveron Consulting. From 2010 to 2017, they held two roles at Grant Thornton LLP: Transaction Services Manager and Audit Senior/Associate. As Transaction Services Manager, Rosita specialized in financial due diligence for lenders, buyers, and sellers. As Audit Senior/Associate, they assisted clients with SEC Reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley process and control assessments.

Rosita Sororian obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 2005 and 2009. Rosita then went on to earn their Master of Science in Accounting from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas in 2010. Additionally, they were certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
