Kate Eaton has extensive experience in fundraising and development across various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Major Gifts Officer at The Cushman School since July 2024, Eaton previously held the position of Director of Individual Giving at New World Symphony from October 2021 to March 2024. Eaton also contributed as a Major Gifts Consultant at the Boston Society for Architecture and performed significant roles at Food For The Poor, where the individual managed major gifts and engaged donors for programs across the Caribbean and Latin America. As the Founder of Mishkhah, Eaton established a unique organization focused on innovative worship experiences. Additional notable positions include Director of Development at the Children's Bereavement Center, Director of National Resource Development at Mercy Housing, Director of Major Gifts at Habitat for Humanity International, and Director of Development at the University of Colorado Foundation. Eaton holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 1986.
