Previously, Tuğra held pivotal roles at Cushman & Wakefield, including International Partner and Head of Turkey, and at Jones Lang LaSalle as Managing Partner and Associate Director. Early career achievements include roles as Portfolio Manager and Property Manager, as well as Vice President at Contrade, overseeing large-scale projects in Germany. Tuğra holds both B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Civil/Construction Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin.
