Roos Louwers

Roos Louwers is a Project Manager for design & build at Cushman & Wakefield Nederland since September 2021, responsible for translating client needs into a tangible design within specified time, quality, and budget constraints while collaborating closely with interior architects, site managers, and subcontractors. Prior experience includes serving as Facility Manager at Valtech from August 2016 to September 2021, overseeing the renovation of the Amsterdam office, managing stakeholder relations, budget control, and project timelines, as well as holding the role of Office Assistant where coordination of the Eindhoven office renovation was performed. Roos also worked as Hospitality Responsible at Igluu - Workspace for Professionals, handling business events operationally. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Facility Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and an MBO level 4 in horecaondernemer/-manager from De Rooi Pannen Eindhoven.
