David Thomann

David Thomann is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield since April 2021, with prior roles including Senior Director and Director. At T3 Advisors from November 2017 to April 2021, David focused on supporting tech and life science companies in Greater Boston with their real estate needs. David's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at Schernecker Property Services, overseeing multiple condominium renovation projects, and working as an Agent Trainee at WME, managing client relationships and coordinating film-related projects. David started as a Running Back for the Texas Longhorns football team while earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed in 2014.
