Francisco Balen Urrutia

Francisco Balen Urrutia is a seasoned professional in architecture and project management, currently serving as the Head of Project Management for Cushman & Wakefield in Colombia since March 2022. Prior to this role, Urrutia co-founded Estudio BAU and held the position of Architect, where impressive project milestones included winning a notable award in 2015 for a pedestrian bridge project in Cartagena. Urrutia's diverse experience also includes a tenure as an architect with PONT consultori d'arquitectura and Cuellar Serrano Gómez, contributing to significant projects such as the design of a model house and a shopping center in Colombia. Urrutia's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Urbanism from Escola Tècnica Superior d'Arquitectura de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
