Jie Zhang

Jie Zhang is currently the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Total Rewards at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to this, they held senior positions at First Eagle Investment Management as the Head of Compensation and Benefits, at Nuveen as the Global Head of Compensation, and at Goldman Sachs focusing on Compensation. Jie has a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College, an MA in English from Stony Brook University, and a BA in English from Zhejiang University.
