Jordan Cline

Jordan Cline is an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal. Since January 2013, Jordan has prepared valuations on properties exceeding $4.1 billion in aggregate value while leading a team of professionals. Prior to this, Jordan served as Vice President/Senior Appraiser at BEC Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. from May 2004 to January 2013, overseeing trainee appraisers and producing commercial appraisals across a variety of property types in Northern California. Jordan began the career as an Assistant Real Estate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2003 to May 2004, involving data collection and report production in a nationwide valuation services advisory group. Jordan obtained education from Sierra College.
