Louise Rushmer

Louise Rushmer is an accomplished professional in workplace experience and facilities management, currently serving as Workplace Experience Director at Cushman & Wakefield since July 2019, with a focus on service excellence and corporate portfolio management. Previously, Louise held significant roles including Head of Property and Facilities at Virgin Money, overseeing a large property portfolio across the UK, and Global Head of Property and Facilities at Frank Recruitment Group. Experience also includes project management roles at Canopius Group and RSA, where responsibilities encompassed relocation projects and the alignment of FM services.
