Michael Parsons

Michael Parsons serves as Vice Chairman and National Practice Lead for Dispute Analysis & Litigation Support at Cushman & Wakefield since January 2022, following a progression of leadership roles in the same field within the company. Previously, Michael held the position of Director and National Practice Lead for the Real Estate Advisory Group at Duff & Phelps from January 2018 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Altus Group and a Commercial Underwriter at GE Capital Real Estate. Michael began a career in real estate at Integris Real Estate Counsellors as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant from 2007 to 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA with majors in Investment Banking and Real Estate from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia, and a B.E.S. (Hons.) in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
