Nelson Murcia

Nelson Murcia is currently the Vice President of Global Occupier Services at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to this role, Nelson held positions at Johnson Controls, CBRE, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., CNA Enterprises, Douglas Emmett, and Marcus & Millichap in various real estate and leasing capacities. Nelson holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Whittier College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola Marymount University. Throughout their career, Nelson has demonstrated expertise in real estate strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, and team management.
